Each rubber floor doormat is made from plush velvet and features a premium thermal dye sublimation print for long-lasting vibrant color.

The bottom is made from high-quality rubber to prevent slipping and increase durability.

We recommend gently vacuuming the carpet to aid in the treatment.

Our doormat is a folding type, it is hard to avoid some wrinkles but they will disappear after 1-2 weeks of use.

Doormats come in 3 sizes below:

- Small: 40x60cm (16x24in)

- Medium: 45x70cm (18x28in)

- Large: 60×80 cm (24x31in)

Due to manual measurement, some differences are unavoidable. Please be lenient!

  • We offer standard shipping and expedited shipping options, depending on your needs. Standard shipping usually takes 7 business days to arrive, while expedited shipping usually takes 4 business days to arrive.

• Return & Warranty Policy

  Each item is made-to-order (Print-on-Demand), meaning it is produced specifically for you once your order is placed.

  1. Eligibility for Return or Refund

  We only authorize returns or replacements for products that are incorrect or defective due to a manufacturing error. This includes:

  • The item is physically damaged or broken upon arrival.
  • The print quality is significantly flawed (misaligned, blurred, or faded).
  • The item received is a different size, color, or style than what was ordered.
  2. Claim Process

  If you believe your item is defective, you must contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery.

   

  Unauthorized Returns: Please do NOT mail your item back without an official Return Authorization (RA) number from us. Unauthorized returns sent to our warehouse will be refused and are ineligible for a refund.
