• There are two different ways to wear, you can wear it as sandals or flip flop.
• Constructed with lightweight and soft material.
• The upper is made of EVA

Production Time: 3-5 business days. This sneaker is made-to-order so the production time will be a little bit longer than usual. Please be patient.

Shipping Time: 7-20 business days will depend on your country or region.

• Orders ship about 10 to 15 business days (excluding 7 days for order processing).
• Tip: Buying 2 products or more at the same time will save you quite a lot on shipping fees.

• Return & Warranty Policy

  Each item is made-to-order (Print-on-Demand), meaning it is produced specifically for you once your order is placed.

  1. Eligibility for Return or Refund

  We only authorize returns or replacements for products that are incorrect or defective due to a manufacturing error. This includes:

  • The item is physically damaged or broken upon arrival.
  • The print quality is significantly flawed (misaligned, blurred, or faded).
  • The item received is a different size, color, or style than what was ordered.
  2. Claim Process

  If you believe your item is defective, you must contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery.

   

  Unauthorized Returns: Please do NOT mail your item back without an official Return Authorization (RA) number from us. Unauthorized returns sent to our warehouse will be refused and are ineligible for a refund.
